COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 810-A16C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Basler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Douglas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 E.dold--Sohne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Basler such as the BE1851 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DOUGLAS manufactured by Douglas and we are pleased to be able to service most Douglas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BD908012 by Manufacturer E.dold--Sohne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cii Brand 1114S431 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as D40RR43A equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E311TS1 made by Tyco as well as the popular SR8A3B07B3A original spares produced by Basler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1409G0CD by Allen-Bradley and D40RR43A spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 592A2NF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
